Mick and the team Ethan, Alex and Ali, came out and solved our problem with our toilet blockage, and thanks to their well known knowledge and professionalism, they discovered we had a collapsed swage pipe at the front of our house which they fixed right away. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.Thanks Joe

We woke up this morning with water leaking from a burst pipe connected to our hot water tank. Rang a few plumbers and Optimised only ones who could come quickly. Arrived by 8.40am, advised need a new hot water tank , given a few options in regards to price. 11 am deliver new tank, by 12.30 installed. They took the old tank, all the rubbish and cleaned up beautifully. The plumbers were professional, understanding and efficient. Highly recommend. I also checked with my mum who had her tank replaced recently and price was spot on.

Mik and Rico were amazing. Very prompt service. The stormwater runoff from the gutters was backing up and flooding the backyard. I called Optimised Plumbing services late afternoon. Mik was here first thing the next morning to assess the issue. He sent the camera up the pipe and showed me where the broken section of the pipe was. Rico arrived the next morning and replaced the section and installed an inspection pipe. Despite the fact it was raining these guys were professional and upbeat. Thank you very much. Definitely recommend these guys.

Mick and team came and provided diagnosis of what was happening with our blocked kitchen sink. Major works like this were a surprised to us - Mick and team had a camera, and explained that the concrete had caused movement in the piping and had to cut out and replaced. The time and work the team had to engage after pension rate $4,500. We trust that this work will withstand for years to come as Mick and team offer 25yr warranty for major works like what we went through. We are satisfied with the work thus far, by going ahead we saved the $49 call out fee, and didn’t have to pay $400/piping spinning which was likely ineffective and only a short term fix. At least now we have peace of mind, for 25yrs!

A big callout for Mick, John and Jos for the high quality work they have just finished. My drainage needed some serious work. The garage would flood regularly and most of the subterranean pipes had shifted and blocked after 50+ years of service. They came in, got the job done and cleaned up well afterwards. My wife was very complimentary of the respectful way they interacted with both of us. Would definitely use them again

Well what can I say but BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO to this expert and professional team of plumbers. In 2020 we had this crazy leak that just when they thought it was fixed, just like that it would come back but thanks to their persistence and hard work they finally found and repaired it and from that day we were hooked. Of course we then recommenced them to all our friends. October 2021 we had water constantly running in the toilet like it was filling up all day and night the guys came same day quote and the next day had to replace all the pipping and valves inside the cistern. November 2021 another leak and this time all the old pipes under the sink needed to be replaced as always same day professional service. Come December Christmas Eve late in the day we discovered we had no hot water and a desperate call to them and come within the hour and replaced our hot water cistern in the dark so that we would could have hot water on Christmas Day. I said to my hubby that bad things usually happen in three's but who knew it would be our plumbing. The Optimised Plumbing team are simply the best group of tradies we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Their attention to detail, work ethic, very reasonable pricing and dedication to their profession, even during inconvenient times and difficult plumbing procedures is absolutely 100% second to none. Thank you OPS you gave us an awesome Christmas but we do hope we don't have to see you soon from Lyn and Jeff lol.

These guys are excellent. We needed extensive plumbing works, including digging up a lot of our front yard to install new sewer pipes, and while it was all a shock at first, Optimised Plumbing Services made the process quick and easy.We had a few different staff turn up at times due to the size of the job and each of them was professional, friendly, efficient and hard-working. They restored our front yard to how it was previously (as best they could), and were very clear about the steps all the way through. The job was completed much quicker than we expected and with absolutely no fuss.Although our job was costly because of the extent of works, I did not feel at all ripped off and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

Recently, Kurt and Rico of Optimised Plumbing Services installed a new toilet and repaired a gas leak in the pipe leading to my gas heater. They are very honest. I called them to fix a problem from my previous plumber. They were very honest and told me that they can fix the issue but why pay us for the job when the original plumber did me wrong. So they even talked to plumber and told him what he did wrong and how he needs to fix it.Big thanks you to Kurt and Mac for their above and beyond, and honesty that is hard to find those days. I recommend them to everyone. Amazing people.
